Mahatma Gandhi’s glasses 👓 made from River Plastic!

We built the largest mosaic of Mahatma Gandhi’s glasses out of River Plastic! 

On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary, Plastic Fischer and CII Young Indians have set a new record in the Indian Book of Records by creating the largest mosaic of Mahatma Gandhi's iconic spectacles made entirely of plastic collected by Plastic Fischer from the rivers and shores of Mangalore.

The mosaic aims to raise awareness about the urgent need for action against marine plastic pollution and to highlight the magnitude of the crisis and the collective efforts required to tackle it.

We are proud to have co-organized this event and to have inspired many visitors who stopped by at Orion Mall in Bangalore.

World Cleanup Day Hike with Decathlon Sports India

On the occasion of World Cleanup Day, Plastic Fischer and Decathlon Sports India embarked on an eco-adventure that reached new heights, both literally and figuratively!

Our cleanup campaign in the Nandi Hills combined a passion for hiking with an unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability.

The energy in Nandi Hills was contagious as volunteers from all walks of life joined forces for a noble cause. This was not just a clean-up event, but a zero-waste mission, a core value that both Plastic Fischer and Decathlon uphold with pride.

It was truly inspiring to see everyone actively participating and ensuring that no trace was left behind.
